Paulette assists clients with mergers and acquisition transactions, financing, and general business decision-making. Her 35 years of experience includes negotiating with creditors, acting as an in-house human resource specialist, and facilitating clients' matters as they work with the firm to untangle complex financial difficulties and strategize for the future.
