Joey Waldman is a founding member of SWK Attorneys. With over 25 years of experience, she maintains a broad-based transactional practice that concentrates in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, asset protection and estate planning.

Joey has extensive experience representing clients in the acquisition, sale, leasing and financing of both commercial and residential real estate properties.
