Charles Adler

Charles ("Chuck") Adler is of counsel to SWK Attorneys. His extensive experience as a business owner and real estate developer provides a valuable perspective to his legal practice.

Chuck concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial debt restructuring and strategic business planning.

Throughout his career, Chuck has also owned and developed several startup projects, including retail shopping centers and commercial and residential lots. These endeavors enable him to advise his clients on their legal issues while simultaneously addressing their practical business and commercial concerns.
