Adam Hill is a senior attorney at SWK Attorneys who represents small and mid-sized businesses in complex disputes. He has extensive experience litigating cases from intake through trial and appeal and brings a deep background in complex disputes.
Before joining SWK Attorneys, Adam practiced at an Am Law 100 firm in Chicago, where he defended Fortune 500 companies in high-stakes consumer protection and privacy matters. He also served as head of litigation at a boutique firm, where he led federal consumer protection cases nationwide on behalf of individuals. His practice blends plaintiff-side insight with defense-side strategy, giving clients a well-rounded advocate.
Adam earned his law degree from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. He is admitted to practice in Illinois, New York, and numerous federal courts.
